Naïma and David Didon, luminaries in the winemaking world, reign over a biodynamic estate in Chassey-le-Camp, a quaint hamlet within the AOC Bouzeron, renowned as Burgundy's exclusive Aligoté village appellation. Their 2-hectare vineyard, Vignes Blanches, is adorned with a diverse array of grapes - Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Aligoté, harvested from the east-facing slope rich in dense yellow limestone. This vineyard, considered amongst the finest in the village, owes its exceptional vitality to the Didons' dedication to sustainable viticulture, utilizing horse-plowing and manual labor to avert soil compression.

The 2024 Bourgogne Aligoté comes from 100-year-old vines! This is an absolutely beautiful terroir not far from the estate, which the Didon's have recently added to their lineup. This is a wine with great vivacity freshness, and beautiful citrus flavours.
