Naïma and David Didon, luminaries in the winemaking world, reign over a biodynamic estate in Chassey-le-Camp, a quaint hamlet within the AOC Bouzeron, renowned as Burgundy's exclusive Aligoté village appellation. Their 2-hectare vineyard, Vignes Blanches, is adorned with a diverse array of grapes - Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Aligoté, harvested from the east-facing slope rich in dense yellow limestone. This vineyard, considered amongst the finest in the village, owes its exceptional vitality to the Didons' dedication to sustainable viticulture, utilizing horse-plowing and manual labor to avert soil compression.

The Didons' wines, a testament to their conscientious farming and low-intervention winemaking, are pioneering a new standard of Burgundy wines - unadulterated, expressive, and exhilarating, promising a bright future for wine enthusiasts.

The 2023 Bourgogne Blanc is a blend of Chardonnay from Beaujolais on granite sand, Beaujolais on clay loam soil, and Maconnais on limestone. The wine is aged in barrel and has zero additions. This is a rich and complete wine, that will reward some patience however is already delicious today.
