Their 2-hectare vineyard, Vignes Blanches, is adorned with a diverse array of grapes - Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Aligoté, harvested from the east-facing slope rich in dense yellow limestone. This vineyard, considered amongst the finest in the village, owes its exceptional vitality to the Didons' dedication to sustainable viticulture, utilizing horse-plowing and manual labor to avert soil compression.
