Naïma and David Didon, luminaries in the winemaking world, reign over a biodynamic estate in Chassey-le-Camp, a quaint hamlet within the AOC Bouzeron, renowned as Burgundy's exclusive Aligoté village appellation. Their 2-hectare vineyard, Vignes Blanches, is adorned with a diverse array of grapes - Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Aligoté, harvested from the east-facing slope rich in dense yellow limestone. This vineyard, considered amongst the finest in the village, owes its exceptional vitality to the Didons' dedication to sustainable viticulture, utilizing horse-plowing and manual labor to avert soil compression.

The 2023 100% Gamay is a blend of Juliénas, Beaujolais village. Aging in barrel with zero additions. The wine features beautiful acidity, with supple materials, concluding with immense finesse and freshness.
