12 days of maceration. (A lot for dolcetto)

This is a very complete wine. Pure aromatics. Crunchy, long but also lean mouthfeel. Complex both on the nose and in the mouth.  

Vineyard Management: Same method as Domaine Leroy, as they wrap the vines around the stakes, so there is less stress on the vines.

3 Hectares all done by hand.
