Riesling, Chardonnay and Sylvaner Like all their grapes, harvested by hand, pressed as whole bunches, fermented spontaneously in old wooden barrels without pre-clarification or sedimentation. Bottled after 12 months without filtration.
A fine balance between light fruit & saltiness, with great complexity and length.
